Export your TRACE data

Download a portable copy of your account data from inside TRACE.

In the app

Open Settings → Privacy & Safety → Download your data. TRACE creates a ZIP containing JSON files for the supported account data.

What the export includes

Uploaded media files are not bundled. Published media references are included in trip data. For questions about processor records or an export you cannot complete, email support@shareontrace.com.
