By downloading or using TRACE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You must meet the minimum age required by your country’s laws to use this app. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use automated scripts, bots, or any means to scrape or mass-collect data from the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, trips, comments). By posting, you grant TRACE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure you have the right to post it.

The following content is strictly prohibited on TRACE: • Illegal or harmful content of any kind • Nudity or sexually explicit material • Hate speech, harassment, or threats • Impersonation of other users or public figures • Spam, misinformation, or deceptive content • Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, contact us at support@shareontrace.com to request a review.

TRACE is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
