Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TRACE, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. TRACE records the reviewed document versions and the time of acceptance. Material updates may require you to accept the new version before continuing. If you do not agree, do not use TRACE. The Italian translation is provided for convenience; to the extent permitted by applicable law, the English text controls if the two versions conflict.

You must meet the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you. If those laws require permission from a parent or guardian, you may use TRACE only with valid permission. Use TRACE only for lawful purposes and without infringing others’ rights. Do not scrape or mass-collect platform data, bypass access controls, misuse authentication, disrupt the service, or publish false event details.

You retain ownership of content you post, including photos, trips, events, captions and comments. By posting, you grant TRACE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, processing, displaying and sharing that content through the service, including public web previews you choose to make available. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited technical copies or records that must be retained by law. You are responsible for the content and must have the rights needed to post it.

The following content is strictly prohibited on TRACE: • Illegal or harmful content of any kind • Nudity or sexually explicit material • Hate speech, harassment, or threats • Impersonation of other users or public figures • Spam, misinformation, or deceptive content • Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, contact us at support@shareontrace.com to request a review.

TRACE is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Place and event information may come from TRACE users or external providers and can change, be incomplete or be cancelled; verify important details with the venue, organizer or provider. Going is not a ticket, reservation or guarantee of entry. Purchases and external actions are governed by the third party’s terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
